ATX Inked by Haidee is located inside Abby + Co in Cedar Park, TX. I began my permanent makeup journey in 2019 and have since earned 12 additional certifications in cosmetic tattooing. Deposits are not refundable. Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of service fee. No shows will be charged full amount of service.
